1. Create a New User Account (only necessary if you want to add listings)
2. Click the appropriate Subscribe button and set up a reoccurring monthly payment. A paypal account is necessary. If you need assistance, please call the customer service number below.
3. Once your initial payment has been received and processed by our staff, your account will be flagged for "unlimited listings".
4. Return to this site and click the List Your Property tab at the top of the page.
5. Fill out the Listing Information screen (most fields are selectable).
6. Click the button to Proofread your listing. Make changes if necessary. If initial payment has not yet been verified by our staff, save any listings as "Draft" and we will activate them for you within a 24 hour period.

Homeowners and Landlords

1. Create a New User Account (only necessary if you want to add listings)
2. Click the List Your Property tab at the top of the page.
3. Fill out the Listing Information screen (most fields are selectable).
4. Click the button to Proofread your listing. Make changes if necessary.
5. To display your property for 1 month, click the Pay Now button. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Paypal is a credit card service company. A Paypal account or Login is not required.
6. Your property listing will Upload immediately and will expire automatically in 30 days.

Customer Service: The listing input template and payment procedure is simple and intuitive.
