NHN N Hubbard Lake Road

Off the grid, prime hunting land SW of the South Bay of Hubbard Lake. NW point of the property corners 193 acres of state property on the West Branch River. Higher ground has a mix of oak, poplar, maple, birch and conifer. High ground changes over to lower heading north toward the lake, with balsam and cedar thickets. Property held by the same family since the early 1920's and they've had some nice bucks. Owners fondly call it the home of the ''fire breathing bionic bucks''. Trails and runways are numerous. A fair size field has been worked as a food plot with a small spring fed stream that runs nearby. One blind has been used for bear hunting and tag holders have all been successful.
